Commercial Electronic Message Clarification Text

  • Within the framework of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“EHK”),
  • The Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ETK”),
  • The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant legislation, We have prepared this text to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages to you, as well as the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data.

1. Processed Data and Purposes

If you provide your commercial message consent; your first name, last name, email address, and phone number information will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Sending electronic commercial messages via WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and email channels,
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and activities,
  • Managing advertising, campaign, promotional, and presentation processes,
  • Executing marketing activities for our products and services,
  • Offering exclusive deals and campaigns to customers,
  • Performing analysis, targeting, and segmentation to improve the user experience,
  • Planning market research and customer satisfaction studies,
  • Recommending products and services by customizing them according to personal needs,
  • Managing customer relations management (CRM) processes.

Commercial electronic message delivery activities are processed based on:

  • The commercial electronic message consent requirement under Article 6 of the ETK,
  • The legal ground of explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes specified above, your personal data may be shared:

  • Directly by Dicle Polat Shoes,
  • Through data processors,
  • With our technological infrastructure providers.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw your consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages at any time, free of charge.

5. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn the purpose of processing,
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred,
  • To request correction if it is processed incompletely/incorrectly,
  • To request deletion or destruction,
  • To object to the processing being analyzed exclusively by automated systems,
