3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

3.1. General Provisions

  • No additional costs are imposed on consumers due to the use of the website.
  • Information regarding the products is presented on the website in accordance with Law No. 6502.

3.2. Products

  • While product images, descriptions, and specifications are kept as up-to-date as possible, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.

3.3. Prices

  • Prices are current prices including VAT, expressed in TL or USD.

3.4. Placing an Order

  • If no confirmation is received within 24 hours after placing an order, the customer can contact customer support at +90 553 033 51 51 for assistance.

3.5. Payment Options

  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
  • Cards with billing addresses outside of Turkey are not accepted.
  • Payment is not charged from the card before the product shipment.
  • The invoice name and address must match the cardholder's information.

3.6. Order-Related Inquiries

  • Orders are generally shipped within a few days.
  • Order status can be tracked from the "My Account" section of the website.
  • Orders may be canceled due to systemic reasons. The reason for cancellation will be notified via email.

3.7. Delivery

  • Deliveries are only made on weekdays.
  • Shipments cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
  • The shipping fee belongs to the customer; it may be free for purchases above a certain amount.
  • Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The customer has the right to an exchange within 14 days and a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on promotional/campaign products. (This includes the “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” campaign.)
  • For a product return, the product must be unused, its packaging must be unopened, and it must be undamaged.
  • The price of the products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal will be refunded to the same credit card within 14 days.
  • Return shipments must be sent via MNG Kargo.

5. DEFECTIVE / NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS

  • In case of defects or non-compliance in the products, the rights to free repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal can be exercised.
  • The detected non-compliance must be reported to the seller within 6 months.
  • In any case, the legal warranty period is 2 years from the date of product delivery.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • This agreement is subject to Turkish law.
  • Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized to resolve disputes.
