RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
📌 Important Notes:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products purchased under the “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” campaign.
- For all return transactions, a round-trip shipping fee (100₺ one-way) will be deducted from the refund.
- For exchange transactions, the round-trip shipping fee (100₺ one-way) belongs to the buyer.
- MNG Kargo agreement code 1506716749 can be used for shipments.
- You do not need to make any payment at the shipping branch.
- Refunds for cash on delivery (CoD) orders are processed ten days after the product is delivered.
1. Delivery

Orders placed via https://www.diclepolat.com are handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days.
- The tracking number will be sent as an SMS to the phone number specified in your order.
- The average delivery time is 3–4 business days. This period may vary depending on the workload of the courier company.
- Please check your address details carefully to prevent delivery errors.
2. Return Conditions
In order for a product to be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must not show any signs of deformation or wear.
- The product's accessories and promotional gifts must be returned undamaged.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that are deformed to an extent that makes them unfit for resale.
3. Online Return Process
- You can send the product you wish to return within 14 business days by writing your reason for return on the invoice, via MNG Kargo (agreement code: 1506716749) to the Dicle Oral Gedikpaşa branch.
- You do not need to pay any fee during the shipment process.
- Once the product reaches us and is approved, you will be notified via SMS.
- For exchanges, the round-trip shipping fee belongs to the customer (valid for 1–2 deci; prices may vary for higher volumetric weight).
📌 Important:
- The volumetric weight (deci) of the returned item must match the originally sent item.
- If the original shipping bag is torn, you can ship it using another bag that will properly protect the product.
- If you purchased multiple items, we kindly request that you send the return in a single package.
- Bank commissions, shipping fees, and similar expenses are non-refundable.
- Returns are not accepted for accessory products (sunglasses, phone cases, gloves, hats, belts, etc.).
4. Product Repair & Alteration
- Any issues experienced with your purchased products must be reported to us within 3 months.
- If the product, after a visual inspection, is deemed suitable for alteration, a free repair will be carried out and the item will be sent back to you.
- There is no repair guarantee for products that are beyond repair.
- For repairs, you can send the product using the shipping method specified above, with your complaint written on your invoice.
